CLINICAL INTERESTS:
Mr Cadier has numerous publications in general and cosmetic plastic surgery. Key publications include the first report of the problems associated with Trilucent breast implants, and the use of adrenaline to reduce blood loss in breast reduction surgery.

Mr Cadier was appointed as a Plastic Surgeon to the Regional Plastic Surgery Unit in Salisbury in 1997. Initially his main remits were to provide Cleft Lip and Palate care for the central South Coast and also to establish and develop a Breast Reconstruction service for the Portsmouth region. With the recognition in 2000 of Salisbury as a National Centre for Cleft Lip & Palate Surgery Mr Cadier became the first Clinical Director for The Oxford & Salisbury Supra-Regional Cleft Unit. Currently Mr Cadier works as a part-time NHS consultant providing cleft lip and palate care.
Mr Cadier has also established a busy cosmetic surgery practice based in Poole, Winchester, the Isle of Wight and Salisbury. He regularly lectures and trains surgeons in cosmetic surgery in several National Courses. In 2008 he was elected onto the council of BAAPS, and has been invited to become a Royal College Examiner in Plastic Surgery.
Mr Cadier also undertakes yearly charity missions to provide plastic surgery for children in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
After undertaking a Masters Degree in Science at Oxford University Mr Cadier studied Medicine at St Thomas’ Hospital in London. He trained in Plastic Surgery in the top London Teaching Hospitals and then continued his training in Bristol and Salisbury, also undertaking a travelling scholarship in France and Belgium as well as Aesthetic Courses in the USA.
